Refund policy

At Dyana Core, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 5 days of receiving the product if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The product is missing parts or accessories.

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Returns requested after 5 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund claim, a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must show:

  • The sealed package before opening.

  • The shipping label and order details.

  • The complete unboxing process without cuts or edits.

  • The product and all items received inside the package.

Important:

  • Claims regarding damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products will not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

  • Edited, cut, paused, or incomplete videos may result in claim rejection.

  • Dyana Core reserves the right to verify all claims before approving a return or refund.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, washed, worn, or altered products.

  • Products returned without original packaging and tags.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items unless received damaged or defective.


4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Customers will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of their refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or store credit.


5. Replacement Policy

Customers may request a replacement within 5 days of delivery if:

  • The item received is damaged.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Replacement requests must be supported by a valid unboxing video and relevant photographs.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Customers may still request a return in accordance with this policy after delivery.
