2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier services, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

  • Dyana Core may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, subject to specific terms and conditions.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • A tracking number will be provided via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

  • Customers can use the tracking details to monitor shipment progress.


5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incorrect contact number

  • Customer unavailable at delivery location

the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.


6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Dyana Core is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order:

A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening.

  • Shipping label details.

  • The complete unboxing process without cuts or edits.

  • The condition and contents of the package.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery.


8. Delayed Shipments

While we strive to deliver orders on time, Dyana Core is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Weather disruptions

  • Transportation issues

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier partner delays

  • Other circumstances beyond our control


9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect address, Dyana Core reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping and handling charges from any eligible refund.
